Welcome to our Barrel Room. Here you find more creative and innovative beers fermented with wild yeast and bacteria. Funky, sour, made with fruits or all of them combined. We let the beers in here take time to produce the right character and complexity. Most beers take years to make.

It has returned and is as wished for as Clark Kent in a time of crisis. It’s big, bold and SUPER tasty. With huge aromas of fruit and brettanomyces, with a decent amount of bitterness and a balancing tartness. 8%

Our second batch of spontaneously fermented beer, this time re-fermented with mixed varietal nordic grapes from our (almost) neighbours at Rosendals Trädgård. 5,6%

Vennskap
A collaboration with Eik og Tid in Norway. Tart raw ale with kveik yeast and brett, spiced with spruce tips. Feels like waking in a forest to your wodden cabin for the first time in spring. 5,4 %

eternal rye
A two barrel collaboration with Nevel using Dutch rye (grown outside the brewery in Nijmegen) and some local elderberries (from Gärdet) in old Rioja barrels. Fermented with our house culture. 6,3%

farmhouse folk beer 3,5%
Finally a funky folk beer! We have been thinking and dreaming about a beer like this forever. Something expressionally funky but yet with a low ABV. Fermented with Belgian yeast and brettanomyces.
MAgic meadow
Collaboration brew with Baghaven from Copenhagen. The beer is brewed with heritage nordic grains (Balder barley, rye, spelt, skrädhavre), old hops and have been fermenting with both breweries house cultures, and spent roughly a year on oak barrel. To top it off we added a bouquet of flowers (chamomile, rose and elder) in secondary fermentation.

RABARBER 2020
Cellar ale aged in foeder for a year, then refermented with rhubarb from Karshamra gård. Tart and funky with rhubarb aroma. 7%

Farmhouse Ale fermented in a bigger oak barrel, called a foeder, with saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeasts. Refermented with rhubarb from Karshamra Mat och Trädgård and organic raspberries. 7%

FOEDER ORCHARD
Farmhouse Ale fermented in a bigger oak barrel, called a foeder, with saccharomyces and brettanomyces yeasts. Refermented with organic apple must from Klackabacken Bryggeri. 7%
VALOR
Modern take on a classic Belgian Pale Ale, bottle conditioned with Brettanomyces. Will age well, and develop more character over time. 7%

predator hazy ipa
Our second collaboration brew with the hop geniuses from Nora. Hazy, soft and HOPPY as hell. Brewed with top notch American and Australian hops. 7%
Stockholm lager
Lager in German Pilsner style. Crisp and herbal - the perfect companion to most foods. 5%
besserweisser
The pike is back! The original haze boi. Soft and gently, but loaded with aromas of cloves and bananas.
östermalms folkpilsner 3,5%
The lower ABV version of our German-style lager Östermalmspilsner. Crisp, hoppy and light. GLUTEN FREE. 3,5%
LICKS LICKS LICKS
Extra malt, extra hops - amped-up version of our in-house favourite ITALO PILS. 5,9%.
IPA
Classic West Coast IPA, clear appearance and bright flavours of citrus and pine. 6,5%
intergalactic 3,5%
Folköls version of our double dry-hopped session IPA Intergalactic. Brewed with a heap each of oats, Mosaic and Simcoe hops. 3,5%
saison d’etre
One of our first beers, and one which set the tone of our approach to brewing. Classic in style and very drinkable, with Belgian yeast character, light body and a lingering bitterness. 5 %.
pillow talk neipa
Super fruity haze fest of an IPA. Brewed with the finest UK malt and American hops. 6,5%
Östermalms pilsner
Crisp German style-pilsner, with emphasized malt and hop character. Goes well with food and good company. 5,4%
